Rising East London artist Humane The Moon has dropped his latest track 'I Saw A Dog'. His refreshingly hopeful lyricism comes from his own experience: “Driving back in that January darkness, at the lights I saw someone knelt by their dog smiling. I found myself smiling at the sight of it. (I was going through it a bit at the time to be honest, mourning the passing of my beloved uncle amongst other things.) It was a glimpse of joy, brief but meaningful I reckon.” Musically, his lyrics are juxtaposed by a sparse indie rock arrangement, direct in its driving drum pattern and relentless guitar accompaniment; his melodies are staccato and delivered in his instantly recognisable tone.
